But with the many choices available, it is truly one of the, if not the most, stressful shopping and travel weekends here in the US.
People wake really early and line up outside of their favorite stores to get the "Doorbuster Deals". Some people go to great lengths to get there early. Some even camp outside those stores.

But after all these shopping and travel craziness, we should not forget what the day is all about. Apart from Christmas, or any other religious holidays, Thanksgiving Day, as its name implies, is the time to be thankful for the many blessings that we have received. One of which is having a job to pay for all the the shopping and the travelling that we are spending for.
