Coit Tower is a 210-foot (64 m) structure that was built in 1933 in the Telegraph Hill neighborhood of San Francisco, California. It was built at the request of Lilly Hitchcock Coit using the money that was part of her estate which she donated to help beautify the city.
This art-deco tower that was built and named after Coit has the best views of San Francisco. On a clear day, you can see the entire city and the two bridges: The Bay Bridge and The Golden Gate Bridge.
