Pho Viet Express

I had dinner at this small restaurant at The Block in Quezon City, Philippines.

I had the usual Beef Pho and Vietnamese Fresh Rolls. I must say, the food was pretty good. Apart from the fact that they added the fresh beansprouts in the Pho instead of on the side, it tasted quite close to the real thing. I won't mind giving it a "will eat here again" rating.
